I also included the Google Sheet Negation Tool that I created using this ChatGPT prompt, so you can directly make a copy of that sheet and start using it right away.

What is Negation and what does this tool do?

ChatGPT is free. Google Sheets is free. So why don't we use both of them to make our life easier? Amazon PPC requires you to negate search terms every now and then, and this is a manual process if you don't use any tools. I built this prompt and gsheet tool to make it automatic.

How to USE the Gsheet negations tool?

1. Download the Search Term Report, and filter low clicks/spend targets to minimize the file size
2. Copy the remaining file and paste it to the STR tab in the Google Sheets Template
3. Download the last 30 days' bulk file and filter column B by "Ad Group"
4. Copy the remaining file and paste it to the Bulk tab in the Google Sheets Template
5. Enter your negation threshold ad spend in the Variables tab in the Google Sheets Template
6. The tool is ready. Go to "ChatGPT Tools for Amazon Ads 🚀" button on your Sheet and run the negations script

How to BUILD your own Gsheet negations tool?

1. Run the prompt on Chat GPT and copy the code result
2. Create a new Google Sheet file and create 4 tabs - Bulk, SRT, Variables and Negations
3. Go to Extensions > App Script and paste your script and save the file
4. Go back to your sheet and refresh the page
5. Copy the "Negations_Ready" file from the template, create yours on your sheet and paste the formulas
6. Follow the steps from "How to use the Gsheet negations tool?" above
